Cocoons are the world’s finest fitover sunglasses and are covered by a comprehensive Lifetime Warranty. In the unlikely event that your Cocoons are damaged or defective, we recommend that you use our online claim process when filing a claim. The online service eliminates the need to send us your damaged Cocoons, so it saves both time and money. If you do not want to file your claim online, a second option is to return your product for replacement by mail. Please note that when returning by mail, you will need to pay for shipping both ways. Associated Optical (official UK distributor) will process your warranty claim within 3 business days after receipt of your online submission or returned merchandise.
Please note: Online warranty claim submissions are only available for Cocoons fitovers. If you would like to submit a claim for Cocoons Flip-Ups, Goggles or SideKick UV filters, please use the Submit by Mail option. Thank you.

To submit a warranty claim by mail, please send us your damaged Cocoons products and include a note stating your name, telephone, email, a return shipping address, and a brief description of the nature of the problem with your Cocoons product.
Please insure your package for traceability in a crush-proof box. Padded mailers do not provide sufficient protection against further damage. We will not be responsible for product that is not delivered to us or is damaged in transit to us.
Enclose with the above information a check for return shipping and handling fees of £2.99 payable to Associated Optical and ship to:
